Position Overview

The main focus of the position is to support and assist the Financial Manager and Debtors Supervisor in the allocation of payments and following up of monies due to the Company.


Specific Role Responsibilities
o Liaising with the Company’s debtors thus ensuring timeous payment of invoices
o Capturing and allocating of payments correctly
o Reconciliation of the debtors accounts
o Resolution of account related queries
o Processing of journal entries.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
• 3 - 5 years of admin experience in Debtors


Minimum Qualification
• Matric

Minimum Requirements
• Computer Literacy
• Code 8 drivers’ license
