This invitation is extended to an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to participate in the recruitment process. Your appointment will ensure that a dual role is filled to assist internal administration team and members with regards to membership of retirement, risk benefits and medical schemes,
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of the financial industry
Managing adhoc projects

Experience in reporting and analysis of employee benefitsAbility to learn in house systems fast
Consult on products to members upon joining and leaving the company
Ensure SLA requirements and compliance
Under writing and claims management
Assist and manage new client implementation
Member and client queries
Should be able to work under supervision
Problem solving ability
The ideal candidate must have:
Matric/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
FAIS and RE
Min 5 yearsβ experience in employee benefits and medical schemes industry
Competent computer skills
Proficient in English - written and spoken
