An opportunity for an experienced WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR is required for permanent employment based in Newcastle.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ To handle all dealership warranty administration
β’ Processing and reviewing claims

β’ Overseeing fraudulent claimsβ’ Monitoring and maintaining warranty documents.
β’ Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained.
β’ Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
β’ Organizing and maintaining customer and service records.
β’ Maintaining good relationships with clients.
β’ Liaising with manufacturers.
β’ Negotiating deals on behalf of customers and the organization.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
β’ Preference will be given to mature applicants
β’ Min 3-5 years (good track record) within the Automotive industry
β’ Computer literate
β’ System skills
β’ Grade 12
β’ Pinnacle knowledge (adv)
β’ Commercial exp (adv)
β’ Contactable references
β’ Ability to work in a high pressure / fast passed environment
