Transport industry experience
Computer literate
Netstar tracking/Mix Telematics experience will be an advantage
Drivecam experience will be an advantage
Good communications skills
Customer care orientated
Must function well under pressure
Good knowledge mechanically of luxury busses
Code 14 essential / PDP an advantage
Be able to work shifts

Carry out fleet plans and maintain routine fleet operations in the region
Staff Performance Supervised
Fleet Operations Monitored and Controlled
Attendance Records Monitored and Processed
Customer Service Maintained And Complaints Handled
Breakdown and Technical Support Provided Operations Information and Statistics Maintained
