Lead and manage a team of 10 to 12 telesales consultants

Performance Management, coaching and developing team

Drive staff to achieve required targets

Assesment of consultants calls

Consucting interviews and responsible for headcount

Deal with elevated queries/problems

Follow processes and Standard Operating Procedures

Ensure continual communication between management and staff

Grade 12 – essential
3-5years Telesales Team Leader experience – essential
Proficient in English – essential (writing, reading, speaking)
Bi-lingual – advantage (writing, reading, speaking)

Computer literate - MS Office, especially Excel – essential

Regulatory Exam and FAIS credits required

NQF 4 or 5 credits will be advantageous
