Description
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
Promote new, backlist and promotional items through telephone calls and e-mails to customer base.
Reach monthly and annual sales targets and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Have up to date knowledge and understanding of new releases and top-sellers.
Provide product information, including price, availability and key selling points to customers.
Assist customers with replenishment orders and recommendations.
Manage returns from customers.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Participate in conferences and trade events.
Report weekly on all sales activities, product feedback, competitor information and sales opportunities.
Develop a strong and positive working relationship with internal departments at SCM and Christian Art Distributors.

Personal Skills/Attributes

Must be fluent in written English and Afrikaans and have excellent grammar and spelling ability.
Excellent verbal communication.

Requirements
Technical skills required:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Fully computer literate in Windows.
Ability to upload/download via WeTransfer and Dropbox.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
