Customer Service Agents (Insurance Industry)
Requirements:
Matric is essential
At least one yearβs call-centre customer service experience, ideally with working knowledge of the insurance industry
A minimum of 30 FAIS credits (if you were employed in the Insurance industry before July 2013) and/or RE (completing the regulatory exam)
Must be articulate with a clear and neutral accent
Computer literacy skills is non-negotiable (ability to multitask and work on multiple systems at the same time)
Clear ITC Record
Clear Criminal Record
Previous experience working in the Insurance Industry would be highly advantageous

Duties and Roles:
Maintain, manage and grow relationships with customers
Assisting customers with all requests via phone and email correspondence
Updating the relevant systems with accurate information
Upselling and retention of customers
Salary: Market-related (this will be negotiated at interview
