Technical Training Officer

Critical Success Objectives:

To create and update training modules for trade parts product offering

Present technical training modules to staff, distributors and distributors customers

Writing technical articles

Technical support / information

Present train the trainer modules to distributors and distributors customers

Experience:

Knowledge/experience of training program development and instructional design

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

In depth understanding and experience of latest automotive driveline and suspension technologies



Provide product warranty support to customers for existing and new products

Conduct product failure investigations and provide formal warranty reports to customers

Provide warranty information to trade parts sales team to update internal warranty register

Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator certification

A diesel or petrol mechanic qualification

Computer literacy, especially PowerPoint

Mechanical engineering diploma (N6 or T3) or higher
