RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a small team of Creditors Clerk
Prepare monthly supplier payment listings
Manage a schedule of expenses
– Debit orders, Rent, Water, Electricity

– Telephone

– Data

Authorise expenses
Prepare and review Creditors Recons
Authorise Creditors Recons

Load payment listing onto Electronic Banking Platform
Sign off payments schedule for online banking
Review payment allocations and VAT
Manage Recoveries

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Bookkeeping certificate or Accounting diploma
3-4 years’ experience in a similar role/ creditors clerk role
Previous supervisory/management skills required
