Supplier Relationship Manager-Liberty International SA

Support the Head of Sourcing with the management of strategic 3rd party suppliers
Provide specialist knowledge on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices to all business unit management to support their compliance with the agreed SRM framework and toolkit
Ensure that the SRM function operates according to global best practice
Develop strategies for the Top 20 strategic suppliers across the Liberty Group
Maintain supplier insights and contract baselines to support strategy development
Design and implement a SRM governance framework to manage supplier interaction
Design and implement a Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program
Supplier Contract Management (SCM) with respect to contractual compliance and fulfilment of commitments undertaken
Contract optimisation synergies and benefit realisation across the suppliers under management
Experience
>5-Yrs SRM experience within a JSE Top 40 or Global company
Procurement/Supply-Chain experience
Qualification
B. Degree in Commerce/Supply-Chain

MCIPS accreditation would be advantageous

Commercial acumen, including comfort around Financial/Economic principles and practises

Legislated BBBEE Framework, in particular the FSC Charter
Frameworks and methodologies pertaining to SRM
Procurement & Supply-Chain practices
Contract Management practices
