Stores Administration Clerk ( P13 )
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Sappi Saiccor seeks to employ an incumbent to conduct general administrative functions, housekeeping and participates in inventory control daily activities
REPORTING TO Chief Storekeeper
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Checks, balances and generate reports on the daily and afterhours issues of petrol and diesel using excel spreadsheet, Fuel registers and SAP MM system
Collects Fuel cards from Transport Supervisor
Process the Fuel cards at the speed point
Collects safety shoes and boots order register from Issuers every Friday morning
Checks on the order register for each employeeโs safety equipment record to determine that he/she is not overdrawing on his/her annual allocation
Prints a report if employee has already taken two pairs of safety shoes and boots within the current Sappi financial year as per company allowance
Enters the count on SAP using Physical Inventory stock count sheets
Generates a Difference report printout on SAP containing stock count results
Receives extract (backorder) picking slip/ manual reservation with Purchase Requisition number from Storekeeper
Enters the extract details against the outstanding Purchase Order on SAP
Files all documents generated in the Admin offices and Issuing sections
Controls usage of stationery in the department and replenish stock
Assists various personnel inquiring about stock items
Participates in the housekeeping of Stores and surroundings
Conducts BBS observations on a monthly basis

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
NQF Level 4 (Grade 12/ N3)
Post matric relevant qualification
Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP)
1 โ 2 Years experience in Administration
Engineering Stores experience would be advantageous
