From a RV10 up to an A310, every day we have new aircraft coming in and out and it is your teamβs job to look after them! Carrying out hanger tows, pushbacks, manoeuvring, fuelling, marshalling and ensuring service to customer, crew and aircraft is always 5-star.A natural leader you will guide, develop, recruit and reward your team to be the best in every way. Thinking of innovative ways to do things and ensuring everyone that visits your location will always get the most amazing, memorable service and your team feel that your location is the best place to work.
We have a wide support network for you to use to be the best! From HS&E, HR, fuel, security, training, safety and other location managers β all eager to collaborate with you to help you and your team achieve your goals.
As part of the EMEA area team you will have the opportunity to share your experience and expertise with other locations and also get involved in many exciting team meetings and regional projects.

About You
You will live and breathe amazing service delivery and operational safety. You should demonstrate to us that you lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent customer service, constantly exceed health and safety expectations and maintaining confidential information.
Itβs not what you know itβs who you know! Collaboration with the people you work with will be key to your success, we need to see that you can build exceptional relationships with contacts inside and outside the business.
This is your base β you and the team you lead are accountable for making sure it is an amazing success. You must have the ability to understand budgets, forecasts and work with our finance team to ensure you smash your targets!
When an aircraft, crew and customer is with us, they are our VIP guest and we must do everything we can to help them with their stay and future journey. The ability to engage your team to use their initiative to anticipate customer needs and drive improvement activities during non-busy periods must be demonstrated
Moving private aircraft on the airfield means you must be able to drive, so you will need to hold a relevant and clean driving licence.Reasonable adjustments will be considered for those with a disability or impairment.
Our customers are everything and need us 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Whilst your working hours will be Monday to Friday, it would be advantageous if you were flexible to meet occasional customer and business requirements.
Previous private aviation, customer service or team lead experience is desirable. However, we can train you if you are a customer focused individual and an exceptional leader who is keen to learn.
