SPA RECEPTIONIST / PA TO MANAGER

This upmarket Skin care clinic in Wynberg is looking for a jack of all trades to join their team

This position will not be for the faint-hearted and requires someone who enjoys admin and is very efficient.

The individual must be able to work under pressure without making mistakes.

They must be reliable, honest and trustworthy.

There is room for growth in the position depending on where the candidate flourishes.

It is VERY important that the candidate is able to multi-task, as a lot of the job requires answering phones and taking bookings while simultaneously taking payments and welcoming guests.

The candidate must have good knowledge of computers and be able to quickly learn our booking system.

An interest in skin-care / personal care is important.

A knowledge of social media would be preferable as the candidate may be required to present ideas to the manager for marketing purposes

There is so much to learn from this position and will suite an aspiring manager.

Open:
Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm

Saturday 8am – 5:30

Closed on Sundays

Shift work requires candidate to work every second Saturday but also result in a Sunday/Monday off

Shift are split over 12 hours, 1 week the candidate is required to work 7hrs, and the other week, 5hrs.

The candidate must be prepared to put in extra hours, arrive early to work and finish late.
