Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel is looking for a seasonal cashier to work in the Room Service department starting from October:

Answering of the phones.
Record and process room service food orders.
Responsible for promoting and suggesting menu items to the guests.
Pay careful attention and ensure guests special requests are communicated.
Monitor guest orders to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
Accurately posts payments to the POS system.
Ensures trays are promptly removed from the floors once the guest has finished.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience
Excellent telephone manner.
Good communication skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.

The ability to work in high pressure situations.
Confident & well-presented.
Willing to work shifts.
