Busy Company based in Rivonia that sells copiers, printers, toners and services all related machines is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Applicants for 2 positions

SENIOR TONER AND SERVICE CONTROLLER (CONTRACT CLIENTS) Salary R10 000/m CTC

All On Contract Konica & Epson Toner orders as well as daily invoicing

Checking Profit & Loss and get authorisation if yield is not made for spares & toners.

Open ALL contract customer's calls (via email & telephonically) and allocate calls to a technician

Ordering of all spares technicians require for contract customers.

All On Contract Konica & Epson Toner orders as well as daily invoicing

Pre-inspection for new installs & confirm costs with sales team

Back up for reception

On contract Lexmark toner & spare orders

Weekly report for all outstanding spares & toner



JUNIOR TONER AND SERVICE CONTROLLER (COD CLIENTS)

All COD Konica & Lexmark toner orders

Back up for reception

Follow up calls to customer after service call completed (Weekly)

Leads from the web (Toner & Spares orders) (To be printed for Monday meeting)

FM Audit Daily Alerts and Dashboard

Back order Reports for all outstanding COD Konica toners & spares

Weekly Actives and Completed Reports

COD technical service & spare quotes

Salary R8 000/m CTC





Must have own transport
• Must have at least 3 years admin experience

• Must have good communication skills

• Must have a positive attitude

• Must be a team player

• Must be reliable

• Must live in or near Rivonia

R8 - 10 000/m CTC
