The service assistant is responsible for directing all incoming phone calls correctly and anserwing queries relating to service, maintenance and breakdown where needed. The service assistant will also assist with all admin related tasks.
Answering all call and enquiries related to servicing, maintenance and breakdowns.

Guiding clients and re - directing them with regards to installations, to the responsible person.

Liaising with clients and clearly communicating with them.

Assisting clients with queries when required and ensuring that a contact person is identified for each job.

Identify whether the client's equipment falls with in the 3 month window.

Assisting in the preparation of quotes for service / breakdown / maintenance dates once the quote is accepted.

Keeping clients informed and updated at all times

Ensure that the client's expectations are set correctly and realistically.

Attention to detail and ability to be meticulous and accurate.

Experience in reception and having a friendly maner and attitude towards clients.

Ability to perform the role and to be at work at agreed times.
