We’re looking for someone who is:

Responsible – you will need to be on time, professional and prepared for all responsibilities that come with this role.
Detail-oriented – for our customers the details matter – and can make all the difference between a customer for life and a lost customer. You are expected to be organized and detailed.
Independent – we are a globally-distributed team, and while you will have a Sales Manager in the office with you, he may be traveling for meetings and will look to you to be the person taking care of things while he is away, and doing it without constant supervision.
Ready to learn - there is incredible potential to grow in this role as we are an extremely fast-growing company, but we want someone who is not only ready to learn, but wants to learn.
Role and responsibilities:

You will be supporting the sales and marketing team, tasked with a variety of responsibilities from administrative to account management, as you show ability to do so.

The day to day will include, but not be limited to:

support sales, logistics and marketing team, developing quotes/invoices/shipping documents as needed
take ownership of sales CRM (Salesforce), being the point-person for organization and updates to each customer and deal in the pipeline
learn from the Sales Managers and slowly take on small accounts
manage calendars and scheduling of webinars
manage marketing calendar for advertising, email blasts and events and support in execution of those marketing efforts
