To deliver exceptional customer service and to ensure that customers expectations are exceeded.
To achieve individual sales budget by creating and responding professionally to customer needs and expectations.
Perform point of sale responsibilities in line with company policies and procedures
To effectively manage and maintain stock and the stock room according to the companyβs policies and procedures
To take proper care of all company assets and stock under your control
To ensure that the requirements pertaining to housekeeping and merchandising are met at all times.
To assist with functions outside of your job description in order to ensure that the company store standards and requirements are met, and companyβs values, in order to ensure the store functions effectively and productively at all times.
To ensure optimal levels of performance and productivity at all times.

Experience Required
Minimum of 1 retail sales or hospitality experience
Minimum Qualifications Required
Grade 12
Knowledge Required
Sales and customer service knowledge
Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures and effective stock and stockroom management
Understanding of retail environments
