About the Position

A very well-known supplier of cooking and baking goods is seeking an experienced On-Line sales executive to join their team in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have the following.

Responsibilities:



Generating and sourcing new leads.
Managing online leads and sales queries.
Assisting clients telephonically.
Customer relations and ensuring excellent customer service experiences.
Adhere to company’s standards and processes.
Other administrative tasks within the scope of the role.

Requirements:



Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Tertiary Qualification in Sales and Marketing will be beneficial.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a salesperson.
Strong computer literacy skills and abilities.
Professional selling skills and excellent customer service skills.
Sales and target driven.
Strong communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle.
