Regular sales calls to Stomal therapists (ETβs), private nurse practitioners (PNPβs), hospitals (state and private), institutions (mentally and physically disabled) and nursing homes (old age homes), in a defined territory
Pharmacy support as and when required
Manage a product and service mix
Maintain a call rate of 6-10 per day
CRM maintenance (planning and reporting)
Plan/carry out/support strategies and local marketing activities within agreed budgets and timescales
Record, analyze, report and administer according to company systems and requirements (CRM)
Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and business development
Attend and present at customers, forums and other company functions, as required
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills (self-development and continuing personal development)
Gather competitor activity and communicate this data to Product Manager to disseminate the information to the team
Work with customer service and other relevant service providers (internal & external) to provide best outcome for customers
Requirements
Understand and transfer health economics arguments
Preferably a nursing qualification or 5 years plus in an appropriate medical sales position
βWindowsβ literate (i-pad usage)
Travel requirements: 2 x full week sales conferences per annum, 6-weekly country trips, plus overnight trips if required
Occasional night shift (in hospital) trainings are required to be done
