POSITION: Receptionist
Responsibilities
This junior position will involve handling organizational and clerical support tasks such as organizing files, printing documents and certificates, receiving guests and more, depending on the daily needs of the business.
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed and providing refreshments.
Maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Coordinating office events as necessary.
Assisting with maintaining supply inventory (stationery etc).
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into database (TOM).
Requirements:
Minimum Matric certificate
At least 1 yearsβ experience as a Receptionist or Administrator (working with switchboard)
Must have good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
Must be willing to do mundane tasks like photocopying, filing, making phone calls, and general administration
Must be organised, methodical, and punctual
Good interpersonal skills, friendly, and able to work well with others
Good attention to detail
Must have reliable transport to Milnerton, and be able to work from 08:00 β 17:00 Monday to Friday
