MUST HAVE:-

3yrs+ as a Software Tester with experience on multiple software development projects
ISTQB qualification for Test Analysts in Functional Testing (preferred)
Relevant B Degree
Ability to write custom test solutions (automated scripts, test harnesses, SQL scripts etc.)
Experience with documenting test plans for acceptance, regression, functional, and stress testing
Identify test automation needs and develop automated scripts / test cases to cover gaps according to test automation plan
IBM MQ Experience Advantageous
Visual Studio Online Experience
Continuous Integration Experience
Automation Testing Experience
SQL Scripting Exposure
Experience throughout the whole Fundamental Test Process (Planning, Control, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Execution, Reporting, Closure)

Experience throughout the whole Defect/Bug Lifecycle (Open, Review, Fixed, Closed)
Experience in SDLC methodologies such as AGILE-SCRUM/KANBAN, Waterfall
Insurance Industry Knowledge Advantageous
Webservices / API Call Exposure Advantageous
XML/JSON knowledge Advantageous
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
