Sell across the range Bell parts
Perform parts telesales & counter sales
Parts related administration i.e. generation of pick list and quotations
Strive to meet sales targets & budgets
Follow up on quotes created to generate revenue
Maintain & expedite customer back orders and feedback to customers
Attend to customer and debtor queries without delays
Filing of all parts sales related documents and customer orders
Assist other staff & supervisor as and when required
General house keeping
Provide standby after hours services
Work overtime when required

REQUIREMENTS:

Applications must have minimum of ABET L4
At least 2 years parts sales experience
Knowledge of AS400 and SAP would be advantageous
Good general knowledge on earthmoving parts would be advantageous
Good customer relations
Ability to work under pressure
Good telephonic skills
Good computer operating skills
Good command of English language both written and oral
Valid code 8 driver’s license
