We are looking for an OXO Product Specialist to be based in Johannesburg
IT hardware and software troubleshooting experience

5 year experience in Telephony

A fundamental knowledge in design and implementation of Contact Centre’s

Report and business writing skills experience

Server virtualization

Presentation skills

5 Year Experience in the relevant Alcatel products

Familiar with TSAPI, CSTA

Networking fundamentals is a must.

Customer relationship management (Basic)

Worked unix/linux platforms.


Able to read and apply knowledge to the above accounts

Hardware and Software skills

MS Office

Windows OS – All Versions (from XP up, desktop and server)

Network Skills

Technical writing skills

Server and desktop configuration.

Telephonic and Remote Support

Have a solid understanding of Telephony

MCSE or equivalent

A good desktop and server hardware and software knowledge

MS Office professional knowledge (Advanced)

MS Project knowledge ( Basic)

MS Visio knowledge ( Basic)

Win Operating Systems knowledge - XP to current ( Advanced)

A fair understanding of unix/linux would be an advantage.

Knowledge of VoIP (advance) and SIP (basic to advance)

Telephonic and Remote Support ( Advanced)

Fault finding skills is a must (Advanced)

Alcatel-Lucent OmiPCX Enterprise experience is compulsory
