Salary - Basic salary + Uncapped commission + Medical aid + Pension + Attendance Bonus

Location – Umhlanga Durban

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm & One Saturday a month 9am – 1pm

Due to ongoing growth, Ignition Group, are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team at our office in Umhlanga to help with campaign sales.

Our 2 week Sales Training will teach you everything you need to know about how to speak to new and existing customers, how to sell effectively and therefore how to succeed in Sales.

We will provide you with the required high quality training, coaching and ongoing support to develop your knowledge and skills over time whilst always maximising your earning potential at the same time.

What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive?

You will concentrate on Lead Generation and will be responsible for the generation of quality sales leads to be closed from your comprehensive training.
Focus on KPI targets for yourself and your team
Successfully loading data of captured leads on systems

What experience/skills/attributes do you need to be a successful Sales Advisor?

Good communication and listening skills
Resilient, adaptable and flexible to change
Computer literacy
Target driven and money motivated
Previous 6 months experience in Sales / Retail / Customer service is essential
