Our client has a new opportunity for an accurate and meticulous Order Entry Clerk
We are currently looking for a responsive, thorough Order Entry/ Processing Clerk

Key Tasks:
Handle various tasks in the order entry process
Verify order information
Process customer orders through telephone and email correspondence
Implement an efficient process to track order processing queries/ issues
Ability to communicate effectively, exceptional customer service skills
Ensure that all order information has been correctly punched in
Perform follow up activities to ensure that customersโ orders are delivered on time
Process returns and exchanges in accordance to the companyโs procedures
Communicate with agents and external agencies to ensure product availability
The successful candidate will need to possess the following:
Matric
Accurate, fast data entry / typing skills with attention to detail
Ability to track, process, and update orders
Excellent ability to handle customer orders via email, fax, and mail
Strong interpersonal skills
Accurately maintain records of the orders processed, received, and delivered
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel competency
Ability to work in a diverse environment
Ability to organize client orders telephonically and through, email, and fax correspondence
Competent at obtaining and entering orders in a professional manner
Ability to identify and flag problems in orders and take rectification measures.
Ability to follow-up on filled orders and address customersโ concerns.
Strong telephonic etiquette and customer service skills ( bilingual communication skills would be an advantage)
