We are seeking to recruit a New Business Administrator within our Administration department.

Specification
Capturing and validating contracts and policies onto relevant system:
Examining insurance proposals in accordance with set requirements
Accurate capturing of all types of business within set and provided deadlines
Validating premiums, products and qualification
Quality control of captured policies
Managing queries raised to ensure resolution
Filing/Uploading of required documents
Daily and Weekly Stats
Reporting
Queries
Handling of all internal and external queries within the set turn-around time
Logging and track keeping of queries received
Other duties as assigned
Other:
The candidate must have a tendency towards good time keeping and punctuality.
Effective communication skills both orally and written will not be compromised.
Effective self-management of annual and other leave,
Effective self-management of telephone and e-mail usage
Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work delivered.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Fully Computer Literate
Experience in administration and in the insurance industry
Solid understanding of Motorite processes and procedures.
Understanding of reports and stats
