My client is expanding its activities and looking for a Mining Services Assistant - Africa.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, ambitious, self-starter with a passion for new business in Africa



Key areas of responsibility include:

? Work through the Regional Offices in South, East, West and North Africa in the establishment of Mine Site Based Services

? Assist in the implementation, structure, operation and day to day management of Mine Site Services once established

? Assist in the construction of “Ready Rigged Out” Container Workshops in Johannesburg covering various workshop configurations

? Assist in the Management, Procurement, and Sourcing of Hose & Fittings stock in conjunction with HAW, appropriate to each mine site, dependant on mining fleet

? Assist in the Tendering / Proposal processes covering mines throughout Africa

? Involvement in making contact and Sales Presentations to mines and mining groups throughout Africa

? Follow up on Sales Leads

? Liaise with Sales Team

Qualifications & Experience:

? Hose & Fittings and hydraulic experience

? Mining or Mine Site experience (preferably open pit)

? Mining / Earthmoving Machines experience

? Engineering, Technical & Sales background

? Dynamic and self motivated

? Be able to travel throughout Africa with minimal notice

? Good communication skill
