"Junior Data Analyst (JB3851)

R16 - 20 000 per month
3 - 6 month contract

In this role, you would be responsible for compiling and developing reports from data collected from various warehouse channels, related to inventory, stock levels and warehouse operations.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Previous experience analyzing inventory movement in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, VB and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct KPI analysis to assess and improve business performance.
Provide daily Management Information (MI) for processing reconciliation analysis.
Develop Power BI tool-generated reports to meet specific reporting requests.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the company's daily reports, adapting to future business changes.
Prepare regular period performance management information.
Generate accurate performance statistics for informed decision-making.
Drive further development of the Power BI tool and other MI reporting tools.
