Our client is currently recruiting for a hospital receptionist.
This is an opportunity to become part of a dedicated team of people committed to providing the very best in medical care.
Key activities:
Provide timely, efficient and courteous welcoming of patients and visitors to the clinic
Ensure each patient is checked in efficiently and correctly
Take calls and answer phone in an efficient and professional manner
Take messages where appropriate and act on these in a timely manner so that they are responded to quickly by the appropriate staff nember/department
Ensure all registration forms are printed and ready at reception for patients as they arrive
Assist with filing/printing/scanning of documents and other administrative tasks within the reception area
For this medical/clinic receptionist position, you must meet the following criteria:
Previous receptionist experience (ideally from the medical industry is preferable, but not essential)
A polite, professional and confident telephone manner
Competent user MS Word and Outlook
Professionally presented
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
Outstanding customer service abilities
