Working knowledge and experience within a call centre environment

Strong customer service skills

IT background or IT knowledge and experience (technical or helpdesk)

Strong problem solving skills, 1st line support.

Able to work on a rotational shift basis – (important)

Punctuality and good timekeeping a must

Own or Reliable transport (to ensure punctuality)

Matric or equivalent compulsory

Good English communication skills

Well groomed

Team player
