Front of House / Reservationist

Matric. Minimum of 1 - 2 years previous experience in reservations at a Reserve or Lodge. Knowledge of PANSTRATpreferred. Bilingual - English and Afrikaans. Excellent interpersonal skills. Well spoken and able to correspond with local and international guests and service providers. Own car and drivers licence.

Handling of all booking enquiries via e-mail and telephonically
Quoting and sending out pro forma invoices
Processing deposits received
Following up on outstanding deposits timeously to ensure all booking are confirmed
Preparing of all paperwork to give to Reception for each days arrivals ensuring special requests have been flagged and deposts are processed
Maintaining good relationships with employees, travel agents and tour operators
3 weeks on and 1 week off
