Heritage Hospitality Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie for a luxury safari lodge which is situated in a private reserve in the Waterberg. This safari lodge has a great reputation nationally and this role would be best suited for a young and energetic chef that is ready to start enhancing their career.

Requirements:

Culinary qualification
6 months to 1 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Internship/work experience in a 5 star hotel or lodge
The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience and includes accommodation and meals.
