FMCG Field Sales Account Manager

Our client in the FMCG sector requires the expertise of an FMCG Field Sales Account Manager. The purpose of this position will be to manage sales and merchandising teams in store, and manage operations pertaining to promotions, rewards, stock levels, returns, labels, placement and rotation, among other things.
Responsibilities include:
Managing relationships with FMCG customers
Managing in store sales and merchandising teams
Managing all operations surrounding promotions, rewards, stock levels and returns
Managing shelf health elements, including price labels, quality, placement, rotation, POS material, stock pressure, flows and forward share advantage
Driving sales opportunities in the store
Candidate Requirements
Matric essential
At least 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role
Youthful, assertive and independent personality
Own car essential
