Job Description
To file correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used and to locate and provide relevant parties with material from files when requested.


Specific Role Responsibilities
• Maintain filing and record management system and other office flow procedures according to set standards.

• Align and integrate own administrative support tasks and activities (photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, filing etc.) in accordance to required response time, quality and service delivery standards.
• Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
• Record and report on work and filing activities to provide timely and accurate information.


Qualifications and Experience
• Matric Certificate or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
