You will be trained for a sales focussed role, with the objective to qualify, promote and ultimately train new people.

You will be in charge of developing, mentoring, coaching and constantly motivating your sales consultants - picking them up when they are having a bad day and rolling with them whilst they are on a high!

You will need to demonstrate to your consultants a constant hunger & passion for growth and success.

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Demonstrate a clear and open communication style - direct but a friendly approach.
