Job Context
Servest Integrated Solutions A Division Of Servest Group has a vacancy for a receptionist based at a client site in Johannesburg reporting directly into the National Operations Manager. The successful incumbent must stay in the immediate Johannesburg region and be excellent in driving.


Minimum Requirements
Grade 12

At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Driver in a administrative role is required.
Previous experience in the Facilities Management industry will be an added advantage.
Polished professional with an outgoing attitude.
High level of proficiency in using the Internet, drafting emails and using the computer.
Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and interpersonal skills.
Proven job diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
Commitment to work overtime occasionally.
Comfort and experience interfacing with Top Management (CEO level), while working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


Duties & Responsibilities
Collecting and transporting Top Management and staff members of the organisation.
Making deliveries as and when requested by management or office staff.
Delivering of tender documentation on time as per bid request.
Collection and delivery of departmental registered mail.
Provide feedback to the relevant parties according to tasks given.
