Serves customers by Verifying drone footage in line with what has been reported using internal systems and checks.

Anti social hours are part of this job so shifts will vary from 7am till 10pm and may may also include some weekend working.

Call Center Specialist Job Duties:

Obtaining and verifying information.
Enters orders by transmitting information.
Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.

Improves quality results by recommending changes.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Call Center Specialist Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service, Customer Focus, Phone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Data Entry Skills, Product Knowledge, Job Knowledge, Objectivity, Dependability, Multi-tasking

Minimum qualifications and past employment history are as follows: -

Must hold Matric and preferably be still completing further studies currently

Would have worked within a BPO for a minimum of a year

Job Type: Contract

Salary: R5,500.00 to R6,500.00 /month
