Position: Data Capturer to the Sales Department)
Location: Vanderbijlpark
Salary: R15000 per month CTC +Benefits +Bonus

Daily Tasks:
Document and record information on the company system
Ensure that the captured data is accurate
Capture sales orders on correct customer account, delivery mode, rep code etc
Compare captured data with source documents and ensure accuracy
Analyse all sales orders received in order to prioritise orders to be captured
Ensure all orders are processed timeously into the system
Ensure that Customers are timeously notified of any changes to their orders
Qualifications /Skills

Senior Certificate /Grade 12
Computer literacy on MS Word, strong Excel and Outlook (will be trained on the company system)
A systems focused approach and keen attention to detail isessential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prompt and professional manner
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise daily tasks
Time management
Teamwork
A positive attitude with a ‘right first time’ approach
Analytical thinking
