Customer Support Administrator, Modderfontein



As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion Division and Drives Business Units (BU) based in Modderfontein. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.
Tasks

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible to provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Your tasks as a Customer Support Administrator will include the following:

Customer assistance: Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.

Customer requests: Recommend appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.

Customer relations: Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs, and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.

Data analysis: Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.

Targets: Track regular target performance and provides results to management.
Requirements

Grade 12 or higher diploma.

Minimum 2 years of experience in working with loading of orders on SAP.

Order handling experience and customer support experience.

Needs to be computer literate.

SAP skilled.

Need to be a self-starter with ability to think or generate conceptual solution.

Show a high level of initiative that will place him or her in the best position to meet the demands for this position.

Be able to think analytically, well organized and systematic to solve or support customer as quickly as possible, work independently as well as in a team.
