CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS/ENQUIRIES CLERK

My client is looking to recruit a strongly quality and customer service oriented Customer Complaints/Enquiries Clerk

Salary per month: R15000 inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Bonus annually

The ideal candidate will possess:

Matric

High level, professional verbal and written skills, Ability to maintain a professional manner at all times with colleagues and consumers, Strong ability to work on own initiative with the ability to prioritise when required, organisational skills, Literate in Microsoft Office applications,Experience working within a customer service/ complaints team, A confident, enthusiastic communicator who can achieve and maximise customer complaint resolution, comfortable dealing with customers on any level,An individual who enjoys being part of a busy , customer facing office environment

Key areas of performance ( not limited to);

Assist customers with complaint prevention guidance/measures,Manage and maintain cases allocated to you speedily, accurately and to resolution/ customer satisfaction, Assist the Customer Service Team to provide root cause analysis on complaints received and feed back to the department manager ,Investigate to resolve complaints using paperwork, correspondence and facts provided, Assist the department with effective filing, archiving and recordkeeping
