Specification
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Accounting (basic)
Demonstrate a foundational knowledge and skill in terms of accounting practices. Grasp the concepts and be able to implement debits, credits and other accounting tools.

Analytical Ability
Demonstrate the ability to visualise, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make the appropriate and most sensible decision based on provided or researched information.

Document Handling & Efficiency
Demonstrate the ability to implement and/or manage the organisation's document handling process. To ensure that the documents are handled efficiently with no loss of critical components. Ensure that all SLA's are met.

Customer focus & continuous improvement
Demonstrate the skills to review and assess a customer’s relationship and experience associated with the company’s pre-sale, mid-sale and post-sale product/service interaction and quality. This, whilst striving to continuously encourage an on-going effort to enhance products/services to better a customer’s relationship and experience.

Financial Accounting & Reporting
Possesses the required knowledge and skill associated with financial accounting as it pertains to international and specific country standards.

Cash Disbursement
Demonstrate the ability to physically disperse cash at point of origination. This includes planning, control and management.

Computer Literacy
Demonstrate the required knowledge and skills associated with operating a Personal Computer.



Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Matric and or relevant NQF 4 level qualification

DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
National Diploma in Finance or equivalent financial diploma or studying towards.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES
Excel- Intermediate/Advanced will be added as an advantage.
Accpac will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years Creditors experience

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Financial Industry preferred
