Summary:
As the Creative Manager you will conceptualise and deliver on our brand and content strategy whilst supporting your team on the execution across design, copy and photography.
Hereβs what you can expect to be doing in the role:
Lead the design, copy and photography teams embedding a customer centric mindset
Deliver all requirements across all customer touch points for print, digital, social media and emails
Create an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share that this resonates with our internal and external customers
Deliver a multimedia content strategy that ensures a consistent pipeline of engaging content that is aligned to Homechoice priorities
Align the creative strategy across all marketing touch points for retention and acquisition campaigns
A little about who you are:
Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience within a Creative Management role in a retail or agency environment supporting corporate clients
Must have a previous experience in design, copy and / or photography
Experience of the full marketing mix is essential as you have to think creatively and innovatively
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the creative space
TV production experience is advantageous
You will have mastered these traits:
