Cotton On - Customer Service
POSITION PURPOSE: The Customer Service Team Member will be responsible for assisting customers with all aspects of enquiries, online orders, processing refunds & exchanges, complaints and feedback from our customers. You will work within the Customer Service team to deliver the COG Customer Service strategy and ensure a world-class customer experience for all retail brands, and across all communications channels. You will ensure customer service provided is timely, responsive on brand service with integrity, simplicity and a drive for excellence while meeting or exceeding the customerβs expectations. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND Relevant experience in customer service and/or call centre operation with daily customer contact A sound understanding of retail operations and preferably previous experience in retail stores and/or ecommerce operation Strong understanding of computers,
web based applications and ecommerce platforms Demonstrated ability to achieve KPI benchmarks OTHER SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ATTRIBUTES AND PERSONAL QUALITIES A passion for customer service The ability to work autonomously Ability to act with initiative Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Acts with urgency Strong attention to detail Resilient personality
