Claims Administrator
Our client a reputable name within the Insurance Industry requires a Claims Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration relating to claims processing.
Responsible for managing queries raised by policyholders, business partners and internal stakeholders in relation to claims.
Responsible for intimating claims correctly and accurately.
Responsible for Analysing tax invoices received for payment.
Responsible for ensuring that the correct dealers, bank details and claim payment amounts are used when processing a payment.
Requirements/Skills and Competencies:
1 year Inbound and Outbound Experience.
Matric
At least 3 yearsβ previous, relevant work experience in administration or insurance administration is required.
Working at a dealership or basic knowledge of cars would be an advantage.
Previous experience working in a Claims processing environment would be especially valuable.
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours:

Good understanding of the βclaims processingβ process.
Knowledge relating to the specialist/technical nature of the claim.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
MS Office Skills.
