· Responsible to Shareholders

· Responsibilities include personnel, financial and commercial management, corporate planning and project implementation

· Responsible for the effectiveness of the Organisation

· Motivated staff

· Lead and directed Branch operations and business activities

· Reviewed on a quarterly basis business plans, activities, benchmarks, operating targets and results

· Lead the strategic cross-functional developmental of team members at all levels

Compile budgets and forecast

· Strategic plan implementation / Strategic focus

· Action plan implementation

· Legalities in trading and business management

· Budgeting and forecasting

· Formulation of Strategies

· Overall management of Customers

· Increased market share

· Market penetration

· Competition evaluation

Masters Degree level qualification (completed)

Engineering / Technical Qualification

15+ MD/CEO strategic level experience in a manufacturing concern

Excellent communication skills

Experience in a start-up company will be beneficial

CTC negotiable
