We’re looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirited individual to join our Midrand team in the position of Centralised Customer Service Agent. But this is no ordinary customer service role, as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?
As a Customer Service Agent, you would be responsible for driving best-in-class customer experience to support the company’s business goals in line with global guidelines. Providing top quality customer service with provided tool, within the Global KPI’s and generate sales over the phone in order to achieve the global vision.

Your responsibilities will include:

Order/Quotation Entry:

 

 
Enter orders/quotations as received from customers and Account Managers
Ability to use selling skills to up-sell and cross-sell to our customers

Customer Master:

Creation, maintenance and deletion for contact persons
Creation of First-Time-Customers
Creation and maintenance of prospects

Fleet:

Acquisition of new Fleet Customers
Creation of add-on orders to existing contracts

First assessment of repairs
Promote trade-in at time of repair request
Avoid details estimate through selling Hilti Lifetime Service
Arrange pick-up of repair tools

Customer Care Handling and Returns:

Complaint recording as received from Account Managers and Customers with full responsibility
First Contact Solution: solve all complaints within empowerment
Arrange for pick-up service for returns

General:
Advice about products and applications
Provide information on services (fleet, deliveries, prices, stock availability, other sales channels)
Backorder handling – dealing with backorders and ensure delivery is done in time
Pro-active solution finding and feedback to customers

What you need is:
Post Matric qualification preferred in either Sales, Marketing, Engineering

Proficient in MS Office

Able to work shifts (between 07h30 and 17h30)

Accuracy of the output- high attention to detail

Be able to identify and show an understanding of the customer’s needs
