Specification
1. Serve customers over the counter and telephonically
2. Placing customer orders on point of sale system

3. Suggestive selling of menu items
4. Handle customer complaints and queries
5. Deal with telephonic orders
6. Collecting payment from customers
7. Clean workstation and front of house restaurant area
8. Motivates and develop team members
9. Check stock levels
10. Ensures working area is clean at all times
11. Interfaces with customers and resolve queries
12. Ensure a friendly and hospitable restaurant atmospheres
13. Balance cash for the shift with the manager/ assistant manager
14. Does stock control for incoming shift


Requirements
1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Previous Quick Service Restaurant experience
3. Fluent in English
4. Own Transport
