We are in urgent need of call centre representatives to start working as out and inbound agents. Training will be provided. Successful candidates will sell various campaigns, loans, insurances policies by obtaining client information, determining eligibility and maintaining database.
Duties
Collect customer details by answering calls, verifying details and interviewing customers
Establish eligibility of customer by comparing details to requirement
Determining policies by entering customer information and confirming price
Maintain communication devices by reporting problems
Advise customers by explaining procedures, provide information and answer questions
Meet sales targets and surpass it
Skills
Grade 11- 12
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
