Brand Advocate
The Brand Advocate is responsible for maintaining and merchandising for the world's most valuable tech company at select third party locations. The Brand Advocate will be responsible for visiting the assigned list of store locations to perform merchandising duties outlined below. The Brand Advocate will also report on the pre- and post-merchandising status by store location.
# Brand Advocate should have 2+ years working experience with recognized brands.
# Valid driverβs license and access to vehicle
Brand Advocate KEY responsibilities include:
a. Merchandising
b. Service care
c. Training partner store staff on merchandising
d. Communications with partner store staff
e. Reporting

Brand Advocate SUB responsibilities include:
a. Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with in-store personnel
b. Complete surveys, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner meeting all deadlines
c. Develop and execute expertise in care and merchandising guidelines
d. Available to complete online & in-person training as needed
e. Communicate with manager reporting any issues, concerns and needs as well as responding to all e-mail and voicemail the same day or within 24 hours.
Brand Advocate skills and experience:
*Attention to detail
*Demonstrates strong technical and visual merchandising
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Technically savvy (comfortable with using smartphones and computers)
*Strong time management skills
*Excellent organizational skills
*Strong process planning skills
*Ability to easily fix things. Comfortable with using basic tools
*Experience working in CES and Mass Merchant environments
Multitasking skills: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read; talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize and assemble things according to written instructions.
